Manifest Solutions is currently seeking an Infrastructure Engineer.

• Part of a larger team delivering high quality Computer, Network, Storage and End-User Infrastructure technology solutions, on-going support to the business. Independently completes infrastructure project assignments.
• Plan, research, evaluate, design, and engineer the enterprise's technology infrastructure.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting, cost estimates, justifications, and recommendations.
• Produces technical documentation, support and configuration.
• Manage, plan, and maintain technical platforms including upgrading systems.
• Monitor system performance and installs and configures hardware.
• Perform infrastructure project assignments.
• Plan, research, evaluate and design infrastructure solutions.
• Provide a high level of technical support and analysis, operation, administration, and troubleshooting activities.
• Prepare cost estimates, justifications, application requirements, alternative solutions, and technical recommendations.
• Prepare technical documentation including procedures, manuals, and reports.
• Review and adhere to budgeting and approval processes while assisting with annual and project planning.
• May provide training and mentoring, as well as work direction, to others on the team.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related technical field is required.
  
• 5 years of relevant work experience is required. An equivalent combination of education and related experience may be considered.
  

Skills

• In-depth computer hardware knowledge (CPU, motherboard, storage/memory technologies, etc.) with Dell, HP, and Panasonic
• Strong experience with OS imaging using Microsoft Configuration Manager
• Strong Windows 11 experience
• Good overall understanding of Microsoft Configuration Manager
• Good workstation troubleshooting skills
• Good knowledge of ServiceNow
