Manifest Solutions is currently seeking a Senior QA Project Lead for an onsite position in Marysville, OH.

• End-to-End Testing Leadership: Plan, execute, and oversee QA testing across multiple platforms, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Serve as the primary QA contact for the external client, providing timely updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring expectations are met.
• Provide clear and concise written daily status reports to internal teams, leadership, and the client.
• Analyze failures, conduct root cause investigations, and create detailed JIRA defects for the development team with logs, screenshots/videos, and reproduction steps.
• Work closely with onshore teammates and offshore developers, attending handoff meetings to ensure seamless issue resolution and knowledge transfer.
• Identify blockers, risks, and critical issues early, escalating them as needed while driving resolution.
• Execute test cases within tight deadlines, ensuring deliverables meet project timelines.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong hands-on experience conduction JIT in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency in JIRA for defect tracking and test case management tools.
• Experience working with offshore development teams, including participating in handoff and sync meetings.
• Strong analytical and debugging skills, with the ability to investigate issues independently.
• Proven ability to communicate and escalate issues effectively at both technical and leadership levels.
• Experience generating detailed reports and real-time test status updates for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Excellent client-facing skills, including the ability to provide short-notice updates and professional responses.
