Manifest Solutions is currently seeking an IT Infrastructure Project Manager for a remote position.

• Assist client with Windows upgrade—from version 10 to 11. PM work will provide oversight for operating system upgrades for nearly 3000 pieces of hardware (workstations, desktops, laptops, and tablets).

Must haves:

• Track record with IT infrastructure project management
• Work within a highly defined PMO framework
• Migration/upgrading hardware experience
• Enterprise experience
• Strong budgeting and financial assistance
• More than 10 years of PM experience
• Experience with IT migration projects, (i.e. Windows OS upgrades, Hardware deployments) highly desired
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities through projects or other work planning experiences
• In-depth knowledge and experience in IT project management methodologies, requirement management, quality assurance and IT processes
• Experience with ServiceNow, MS Project and other technologies and tools that support project activities
• Understanding of Demand Management concepts
• Understanding of Resource Management concepts
• Understanding of IT Financial Management concepts (GAAP, CapEx, Opex, Cloud computing arrangements, etc.)
• Ability to create senior level presentations via various mediums with strong facilitation skills

• Experience working in or alongside a structured PMO
• Good understanding of technology platforms and ability to explain technical concepts to the business users in the context of business requirements.

Desired:

• Work history that involved highly regulated industry , e.g., banking, medical, utilities.
