Manifest Solutions is currently seeking a React Native Lead Developer for a 100% remote position in Columbus, OH.

• Responsible for developing next-level messaging apps, student life social networks, and a one-stop shop for student resources.
• Strategize with our Chief Product Officer, hypothesizing and learning whether changes made in the mobile app significantly increase student engagement and success. Y
• Responsible for assisting with the growth of the mobile team, helping to determine what types of people and skills are needed to fulfill the vision of company’s mobile products.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of React Native mobile development experience

• A desire to work in a small, focused development team

• Ability to mentor junior developers to help them become the best version of themselves

• Leadership skills including the ability to build and coach a team

• A history of building mobile apps that scale while still being performant

• Good database understanding and SQL-writing skills
