Manifest Solutions is currently seeking a AV Project Manager for an onsite position in Columbus, OH.
- Coordinate actions related to our rollout of MS Teams video conferencing solutions across a geographically dispersed organization
- Communicate, plan and organize tasks related to the rollout
- Track detailed project information from many inputs and format that information for easy consumption at executive levels.
- Coordinate with support groups for electrical, network and construction events to ensure the necessary components are in place for each room
- Coordinate with multiple external vendors to ensure timelines are met
- Coordinate with General Contractors, subcontractors and corporate facilities project managers
- Works independently to verify project scope and determine methods of managing and controlling
- Plan, estimate, schedule and trend the project
- Estimate, budget and control project cost
- Develop, implement and manage quality assurance programs
- Identify and manage project risk
- Develop and manage procurement plans
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- 7 years of relevant work experience is required. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Strong project management and project coordination skills are required.
- Ability to manage multiple input streams, engage with technical engineers and communicate complex technical topics in easy-to-understand terms.
- Previous experience managing corporate construction related projects or large video conferencing implementation or lifecycle projects is highly desired.
