Manifest Solutions is currently seeking a Senior IT Project Manager for a hybrid position in Columbus, OH.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive restart plan over the next 6-9 months. This plan will define the program's objectives, ensuring they align with our organizational goals.
• A detailed roadmap will be created, outlining timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Responsible for documenting and tracking all risks, areas for improvement, decisions made, and strategies developed throughout the process.
• Regular progress status reports will be generated, highlighting the status, achievements, and challenges faced, and these will be presented consistently to stakeholders.
• Assist in planning the necessary resources and timelines to ensure the successful implementation of the program.
• Work with the restart team to organize a kickoff meeting, reintroducing the program to the team.
• This role requires flexibility over the next 6-9 months, transitioning into a more structured Project Management position as the project teams are established and the program kicks off.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field, OR Associate's degree with 2 years of related technical/project management experience OR High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of related business or technical/project management experience. Work
• Minimum 6 years (in addition to any educational experience in lieu of degree as identified above) IT and Business experience including work in one or more of these areas: project management, Agile Framework, major construction, or engineering.
  
• Certification aligned with project management discipline.
  
• Experience with multiple project types (e.g., in-house development, vendor, off-shore) is expected.
  
• Knowledge and experience using multiple project management frameworks (e.g., Agile/Scrum, SAFe, Waterfall) is expected.
  
• Demonstrates an advanced level of experience in project management.
• Experience with large program IT project management preferred.
• Promotes continuous improvement within the project team
  
• Communicates effectively with peers, business partners, and upper level management
  
• Experience with Jira
