Small E&P operator in Houston seeking a Landman to stay ahead of a multi-rig program. 

Responsibilities:

• Keep ahead of an active drilling schedule
• Understand complex titles
• Prepare units for drilling
• Handle negotiations
• Draft contracts and agreements

Qualifications:

• 8~ years of in-house experience with an Operator
• Bachelor's degree required
• RPL or CPL desirable
• Unconventional West TX experience highly preferred
• Highly prefer local Houston candidates
