A well-established and rapidly expanding insurance brokerage is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to manage and grow a high-volume book of small commercial accounts. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented service professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and values autonomy, collaboration, and long-term client relationships.
Prior experience in commercial insurance account management is preferred.
The Job:
- Manage a high-volume book of small business P&C accounts with accuracy and attention to service timelines
- Deliver proactive, responsive, and relationship-focused client service
- Handle policy renewals, endorsements, billing inquiries, certificates, and claims support
- Review applications, audits, and policy documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Coordinate internally and with carriers to ensure smooth client onboarding and retention
- Stay current on market appetites, underwriting trends, and carrier submission requirements
