A well-established and growing benefits agency is seeking a Junior Account Manager to support client servicing and administrative functions. This role is ideal for a customer-focused, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys collaborating with clients, carriers, and internal teams.

Prior customer service experience and insurance industry knowledge are preferred.

The Job:

• Provide day-to-day support to Senior Account Managers and Benefits Consultants
• Act as a point of contact for clients and carriers, assisting with inquiries and issue resolution
• Assist with client onboarding, implementation, and document management in the agency CRM system
• Prepare client communication materials, including benefit booklets, summaries, and compliance documents
• Coordinate open enrollment materials and new hire communication needs
• Process enrollments, terminations, and billing reconciliations with carriers as needed
• Support compliance efforts related to ERISA, COBRA, FMLA, and other regulatory requirements
