Exciting opportunity to utilize your HR & Benefits expertise as an integral part of the sales and service team at this growing regional independent insurance broker who specializes in group employee benefits and estate and business planning.
The Director of HR Compliance will be responsible for working with clients (businesses of varying sizes) regarding compliance standards and strategies for health and welfare benefits compliance within their organizations. This position will support Benefits Consultants and Account Managers working through new client meetings, submitting RFP information requests, and helping with building the book of business. The Director of HR Compliance will be working alongside the Account Managers to work with existing businesses in completing compliance meetings, and helping with compliance services for those accounts.
