Manage a large book 1.5M+ of Mid to large market clients (most in the 100-1500 lives range). Provide high level benefit strategy expertise to the clients including C-Suite contacts. Lead a team of Account Managers and Consultants who will work collaboratively on this large block of business. Handle renewals and identify opportunities to grow the book with cross selling and up selling. Must have self funding experience and strong presentation skills.
