A dynamic and expanding national insurance brokerage is seeking an Employee Benefits Senior Client Manager Team Lead to lead day-to-day management of mid-to-large group clients. This role is ideal for a client-focused, solutions-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has deep experience in employee benefits servicing and strategy.

Prior experience in employee benefits account management is preferred.

The Job:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a designated book of group benefits clients
• Manage renewals, benefit plan analysis, marketing, and carrier negotiations
• Lead the development of strategic benefit recommendations in collaboration with producers and consultants
• Coordinate open enrollment processes and client communications
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of service deliverables including benchmarking, financial reports, and compliance documents
• Build and maintain strong carrier and vendor relationships to advocate effectively for clients
