Sr. Marketing Manager, Growth

As our Sr. Marketing Manager - Growth, you'll be owning and directly managing the development of multiple projects related to the paid digital marketing strategy.

This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable with a little bit of chaos and ambiguity, and who loves building things from the ground up and scaling them to suit a rapidly expanding company!

You’ll be

  • Working with the VP of Marketing to develop and execute digital growth strategy (including SEO, SEM, PPC, Affiliates and Referrals, paid sponsorships, etc.) to drive qualified leads and customer acquisition

  • Owning the development and evolution of the overarching paid acquisition strategy from end to end and continually optimizing it based on performance, KPI’s and shifting business objectives.

  • Managing multiple platforms (GoogleAds, Microsoft Advertising, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) and channels (email, newsletter, sponsorships, etc.) to achieve revenue targets and goals.

  • Understanding the target audience and buyer’s journey, and deploying multi-channel, paid media initiatives to effectively engage the buyer at all stages of the acquisition funnel

  • Analyzing and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using metrics such as ROAS, CAC, LTV, ROI, etc.

  • Working on a continuous and rigorous AB test strategy (ad copy, landing pages, etc) to constantly increase the outcome of our paid initiatives.

What You’ll Bring To The Table

  • 6+ years of relevant work experience directly owning paid media strategy and tactics with B2B marketplace models and products. (MUST)

  • Extensive experience building, scaling and optimizing campaigns on channels such as GoogleAds, Bing, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter. Certifications preferred.

  • Previous experience building an affiliate marketing program with the ability to identify, onboard, and maintain publishers and influencers. Experience with the affiliate marketing platform IMPACT is a big plus.

  • Comfortable maintaining and being held accountable for the following KPI’s: Revenue, CAC, ROAS, and ROI metrics.

  • Demonstrated ability to build and run paid media programs that achieved defined lead, purchase, and customer acquisition targets.

  • Expert knowledge in paid search, remarketing, display networks, ABM platforms, paid social, affiliate/performance marketing platforms, and more

  • Previous experience managing digital marketing budgets of $4mm+ annually.

  • Previous experience building, developing and coaching high performing digital marketing teams

  • Be a highly disciplined, self-motivated individual who can point to measurable success.

  • Understands revenue attribution best practices in a B2B corporate consumer marketplace model.
