Our reputable partner in Oxford, MI is seeking a solid Operations Manager to join their team of landscape professionals. This firm specializes in Commercial Landscape Construction and Installation. This is your chance to join a full Service Mid-sized Landscape Construction and Grounds Management Firm and lead their Operations Team. Approximately 85% of revenue is obtained through our construction install division, 10% Grounds maintenance Division, 5% Residential Install Division. Our Services Include but are not limited to Complete commercial, industrial, institutional, and residential Landscape Installations( Soil Placement and grading, turf establishment, tree shrub and plant installations, irrigation installations, Hardscape installations, tree removal, forestry mulching, pre-construction services) Full Service Grounds Management ( lawn maintenance, lawn/ tree fertilization, Landscape/ Bed Maintenance, tree and plant maintenance, snow removal )

The Specific Role of the Operations Manager is to oversee and strategize Quality and efficient completion of Work in Contract in our Construction Install Division, Residential Install Division, and Grounds Maintenance Service Division. The Operations Manager will be a seated member of our companies Leadership team, collaborating and contributing to key high-level strategy and decisions across company departments.

The operations manager will oversee and be responsible for "Leading, managing and holding accountable", a team of key individuals such as Division Managers and Project Specific Managers. More Specifically, The Operations Manager will have {2-4 }Construction Install division project managers, {1 }residential install division project manager, {1} maintenance division project manager, as well as {1} Shop and Mobilization Manager direct report. The individual will also indirectly oversee between 40-80 field employees at any given time based on season and workload.
