Our reputable partner in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a solid Operations Manager to join their team of landscape professionals. This firm specializes in Commercial Landscape Maintenance and Irrigation. Company culture is positive, upbeat, and fun. This company is projecting $2MM in revenue for 2020.

This is your chance to join a full Service Landscape Construction and Grounds Management Firm and lead their Operations Team. Full Service Grounds Management ( lawn maintenance, lawn/ tree fertilization, Landscape/ Bed Maintenance, tree and plant maintenance, irrigation )

The Specific Role of the Operations Manager is to oversee and strategize Quality and efficient completion of Work in Contract in our Landscape Maintenance Division and Grounds Maintenance Service Division. The Operations Manager will be a seated member of our companies Leadership team, collaborating and contributing to key high-level strategy and decisions across company departments.

The operations manager will oversee and be responsible for "Leading, managing and holding accountable", a team of key individuals such as Project Specific Managers. More Specifically, The Operations Manager will have oversee 10+ crews handling residential maintenance, irrigation, and fertilizer applications. The individual will also indirectly oversee between 20-30 field employees at any given time based on season and workload.

    • The ability to multitask and manage annual work in contract 2-3 Million range
