Responsibilities:

  • Generating leads and conducting client consultations that lead to sales
  • Creating and preparing design proposals and cost estimates for residential and commercial properties based on accurate field verifications, measurements, and analyses
  • Serving as the primary contact for new and existing clients and ensuring those relationships are fostered and maintained
  • Working with key team members throughout the company to coordinate installations
  • Being a voice and face for the company in the local community and in company marketing materials

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in landscape architecture or landscape design
  • 0 – 5 years' landscape and hardscape design experience in a position (or positions) that involved obtaining business, working directly with residential clients, and coordinating installations. Prior experience increasing sales through lead generation and community involvement strongly preferred
  • Significant knowledge of horticultural materials suitable for Dallas, TX and proper planting techniques, along with an understanding of landscaping construction products, methods, and procedures. Prior experience installing plants and/or hardscaping materials a plus
  • Proficiency with AutoCad and Microsoft Office
  • A valid driver's license
