Residential Project Coordinator manages all aspects of residential projects between us and our clients by

  • Generating new leads
  • Designing landscapes with best business practices while executing client’s vision
  • To develop repeat and/or referral business from customers
  • Increasing contact between our clients and us which leads to improved and continued relationships.
  • Increasing revenue and profit margins
  • Assisting with lead generating


Duties and Responsibilities



  • Identify target clients for residential project enhancements
  • Track leads and proposals in our company’s CRM/ASSET
  • Provide updates of accurate and up to date status on all pending and verbal opportunities weekly
  • Coordinate onsite meeting with home owner
  • Utilizes all our resources as needed on new leads
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals
  • Represents Company at various events, organizations and associations for the purpose of building relationships that lead to new business. Acts in capacity of Company representative and develops community ties to enhance public image and brand of the Company



Design and Estimating

  • Design beautiful landscapes for our clients
  • Meeting with clients to understand design intent and budgets
  • Prepare submittals for client review
  • Prepare estimates and proposals by using our company software, ASSET
  • Estimate projects at approved prices to meet or exceed targeted profit margins
  • Responsible for all measurements and calculations needed for estimating purposes
  • Coordinating approval of estimate by management
  • Responds to all inquiries and request for bid in a timely matter
  • Adhering to job initiation process

Project Coordination

  • Develop and communicate project plan
  • Set client expectations and communicate schedule clearly
  • Ensures project plan is executed
  • Communications with client to make sure client satisfied
  • Provide feedback to production

  • Solid knowledge of the landscape maintenance process
