PROJECT MANAGER
OVERVIEW
The primary responsibility of the Project Manager is to assist the Operations Team.
The Project Manager will assist with schedule management, pre & post-production processes, site logistics, client relationships, recruiting, and hiring. They will schedule, prepare, and facilitate safety and training programs. The Project Manager is a process driven, self-motivated team player who manages their time efficiently and helps others to do the same.
REQUIREMENTS
Two-year degree or 3 years landscape industry experience
Two years management experience in landscape maintenance or construction

RESPONSIBILITIES
SCHEDULING AND COORDINATING
Assist with the management of production schedules and coordinates with clients, vendors, and sub-contractors
Coordinates with the team to ensure each project has the necessary resources to be completed efficiently and within budgets
Review and approve timesheets on a daily basis
Source and order materials and schedule deliveries
Monitor fulfillment and costs
Review and submit production expenses
PRODUCTION:
Assist with management of jobs prior to, during, and post-production
Support Production, Sales, and Management teams
Review jobs with design/sales team prior to final bid to assist in the design/sales process
Monitor job quality to make sure it meets or exceeds standards and specifications
Compile, analyze, and present data from jobs
Monitoring job sites and making appropriate recommendations to sales and management
teams for improvement
Develop and assist in the implementation and management of a companywide Safety &
TRAINING PROGRAM:
Assist in the general upkeep and cleanliness of our facilities
Ensure all jobs are accurately tracked for costing and invoicing
Maintain a high level of technical knowledge through continuous improvement and industry relevant education. Some travel will be necessary
ADMINISTRATIVE:
Follow company communication standards
Understand and uphold company standards, polices, processes and procedures
Participation in training programs and company meetings
Acquire and maintain all necessary licensing and certification
Dress appropriately for various work situations
General administrative tasks as necessary
Develop individual goals with leadership on a regular basis

TEAM:
Assist with recruitment, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and training of the production team
Implement and update field operation, equipment knowledge and operation, and safety training programs
Develop and maintain strong relationships within the team
Develop & implement tailgate safety meetings
CLIENT RELATIONS
Track and log client communications, including but not limited to sales agreements, change orders, follow-ups, disputes, and resolutions
Become familiar with clients and their properties
Generate enhancement sales through relationships with existing clients
Monitor quality and service standards on sites
Maintain regular communications with clients to build relationships
Communicate client issues with sales, management, and production teams to resolve
problems and improve client experience
Assist in renewal of contracts on a seasonal basis
