We’re looking for a

Consumables/Inventory Specialist

Come work on site at a globally recognized research and development facility located in our customer location in Livermore, CA.

 Responsibilities

  • Proactive and reactive supply inventory and replenishment, using monitoring software
  • Maintain a clean and organized environment
  • Manage warehouse/inventory based on customer needs
  • Data collection and metrics reporting
  • Recycling of used parts and consumables
  • Perform regular physical inventory assessments

 Minimum Requirements

  • 1 year of experience working in a warehouse, logistics, or similar role
  • Must have a positive, proactive customer service attitude
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated, great at prioritizing, and works well independently
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
  • Regularly required to stand, walk, kneel, and crouch 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Warehouse/inventory management experience
  • Experience working in a customer facing environment
  • Top secret security clearance
