Marketing Operations Specialist will be responsible for building programs and managing the systems required to generate consistent inbound lead traffic. The ideal candidate will utilize Marketo or Pardot to its fullest potential, employing any and all features available to load the top of the funnel.

Job Responsibilities: 

    • Develop and execute Marketo/Pardot email campaigns end-to-end from target identification to post-campaign reporting
    • Test and optimize to improve open rates, CTR, conversion and other relevant KPIs
    • Build automated, multi-touch nurture programs for several audiences across the customer lifecycle
    • Set up, testing, execution and reporting on Marketo-based campaigns for lead management, lead nurturing, lead scoring and lead routing
    • Perform day-to-day system maintenance and configuration of Marketo
    • Be the system super-user, driving improvements and best practices
    • Work with team to review program requirements and identify areas of optimization, update progress on email marketing campaign and programs
    • Assist in managing and configuring Marketo and CRM integration software

Job Requirements: 

  • BA or BS degree in marketing, business or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in Marketing Operations
  • Hands on experience with marketing automation tools and CRM (including Marketo and Pardot)
  • Familiarity with HTML and CSS
  • Excellent Project Management Skills
  • Strong analytical skill and experience with reporting and analysis
  • Self-starter - ability to work independently
  • Goal-oriented, creative and thrive under pressure
