combines face to face end user technical support with the opportunity for leading small teams as part of a technology
upgrade project focusing on hardware replacement for one of our biggest clients. We are looking for some amazing

Contract role 1 year potential for extension - pay: $25/hr

The right candidate is a motivated leader that enjoys working with and troubleshooting technology issues, supporting
end-users and leading small teams. He/She possess excellent organizational skills, written and oral communication
skills and thrives in working in a team-oriented environment. He/She is self-motivated and can work with minimal
supervision, while being able set to the priorities for their team and being flexible in a fast-paced environment.
He/She has technical skills (Tier 1/ Tier 2) to support end-user issues. Candidate will own the project execution with
their team while on-site at the clients in partnership with overall project team to ensure successful delivery of all
aspects of the deployment.
Required Technical Skills:
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills; Intermediate knowledge of functionality of Microsoft Outlook, Lync, Windows and
Mac operating systems, mobile device hardware and software, networking, video conferencing, Audio/Video.
Required Soft Skills:
Solid customer service skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Works well and enjoys a team focused
Some Certifications maybe required, per client
Some travel via car- mileage is compensdated
Holds a valid Driver’s license, working transportation required for job
Pass Background check, drug test and other medical test (need clarification)
Experience Level: 5-7+ Years.
Skill Set: Workstation Support / Desktop Support (Tier Level 2 or 3). Hardware and software troubleshooting
High school or G.E.D. degree; or greater
Start date January 7-14th in REDMOND WA out of our Mobile Integration-Group office (you will be trained and helping with interviews for the roles you will be managing) Starting in February in RENTON, WA
