DevOps Engineer
Job Description:
We are seeking an IT specialist to handle IT and security functions relating to our cloud-based infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the configuration, maintenance, and operations relating to cloud-based resources used to host website platform.
Work with senior software engineers to support new website development initiatives.
Maintain and deploy configurations of website environments such as quality assurance, user acceptance and production.
Reporting, analyzing, and developing/triaging security vulnerabilities that exist within the primary applications, or within the hosting infrastructure
Administer all user accounts including set up and termination via active directory and GSuite.
Order and maintain inventory records of hardware for employees.
Support, assist, troubleshoot IT issues encountered by personnel.
Skills and competencies:
Willing to wear multiple hats and play a flexible role.
Experience with MS Azure, or similar cloud-based resources such as application services, serverless functions, and content delivery networks
Experience in SQL and programming languages (C#) is preferred
Experience with information security scans and remediation
