We are seeking a Junior Financial Analyst with an accounting background and a keen interest in data, systems, and financial modeling. This role involves core accounting and systems work to develop a comprehensive understanding of business and data flows. 
Responsibilities will include forecasting, KPI reporting, automation initiatives, and analytical projects as the Finance function expands.

Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals, including journal entries, debits/credits, and reconciliations
- Proficiency in Excel/Sheets (including pivots and lookups; SQL exposure is a plus)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Professional communication skills
