Actively seeking a Marketing Coordinator for an immediate opening in Hunt Valley, MD.
The qualified candidate will possess a minimum of three (3) year of experience with a demonstrated knowledge of the A/E industry.
Knowledge, skills and minimum requirements include:
- BA or BS in Marketing, Business Administration, English or related discipline required.
- Minimum three years of experience in the A/E proposal development field
- Review/analysis of RFPs
- Experience coordinating, preparing, organizing and completing standard government forms (SF 255/SF 330), letters of interest, technical proposals
- Ability to conduct internal kick off team meetings to prepare for proposal/presentation development
- Ability to work with a variety of technical staff and juggle multiple concurrent deadlines
- Ability to take tasks from concept to delivery in a deadline-oriented environment
- Strong communication (written/verbal) skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Adobe products (Photoshop) required; graphic design skills a plus
