Software Sales Manager

We are looking for a high performing sales manager to help our client exceed customer, user, and revenue targets. Incredible opportunity to join a successful software company in hyper-growth, doubling in size since 2019.

Primary responsibilities will be maximizing sales teams performance, crafting sales strategies, and managing the day-to-day sales function as well as hitting individual sales targets.


  • BS/BA degree preferred
  • 3+ years’ experience as an inside sales manager in a B2B SaaS environment, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from lead inquiry to close
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Tech-forward


  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Knowledge of the home improvement industry
