Call Center Representatives in and around Baltimore, MD.

Responsibilities

  • The first point of contact and receive inbound contacts (calls, emails, etc.) from patients and physicians requesting services.
  • Must be able to provide high-quality customer service and direct calls to other departments as needed.
  • Answering, investigating, and/or directing patient inquiries or complaints to the appropriate medical staff member
  • Direct calls to other departments as needed.
  • Following up with calls to ensure inquiries or complaints have been satisfactorily resolved.

Qualifications

  • 1 year of call center experience
  • Telephone Etiquette
  • Customer Service
  • Basic Computer Skills
