Local manufacturer of natural supplements for people and animals is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their growing team.


We are currently searching for a high energy, detail oriented Customer Service Representative for inbound telephone, mail and website order processing, data input and general office duties. You will be trained on our products so you feel comfortable assisting and guiding our customers with their orders, answering their questions, and making recommendations. Room for growth in the position may include managing customer email correspondence, processing Amazon orders, assisting with social media, traveling to various horse shows/events to represent our brand. You’ll also assist our team with their workload overflow and projects when needed.An animal background is a plus, especially in the equestrian field!



  • Must be able to communicate in English and have a pleasant phone voice.
  • Must be a team player with the capability to work independently and use good judgement.
  • Must have excellent problem solving skills plus be able to learn new material and retain it.
  • Possess basic mathematical skills.
  • Possess computer skills, including typing and MS Office.
  • Must be an animal lover.

  • Must perform assigned tasks accurately and completely.
  • Must work well under pressure, organize and prioritize work assignments, and meet established deadlines.
  • Must take direction from supervisor and work well with others.
  • Must be flexible, handling changes in work requirements productively.
  • Must have reliable transportation and be punctual.
  • 2 years experience preferred, college grad a plus!
