Seeking a Construction Project Manager (Public Infrastructure & Bridges) in the Baltimore area.
The Project Manager will manage all construction activities, control, billing and scheduling. Ensure project scope, meeting minutes, job safety, quality assurance and change order requests are in compliance with contract documents. Monitoring, controlling and updating project schedules and hiring and managing an in-house workforce to complete the work. Serve as a technical source of information on project plans, specifications, requests for information and shop drawings.
The candidate must have a proven track record of successfully managing public infrastructure and bridge maintenance construction projects. A successful candidate will have served as a construction project manager on contracts with a size over $500,000.00
Required Degrees and Licenses and Certifications
Bachelor’s degree from four-year College or university in architecture, engineering, construction management or related field or minimum 6 years progressive and position related work experience in construction management.
Knowledge of civil engineering and construction management industry including current conditions and industry network.
Leadership of bid process and project forecasting is preferred.
Past experience working with various state government agencies such as State Highway Administration and Maryland Transportation Authority.
