Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives that support the Business Line’s commercial objectives. This role combines strategic product positioning, compelling content creation, and close cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to drive awareness, engagement, and growth.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Develop and own the annual marketing plan in alignment with Business Line sales goals and overall brand strategy.
  • Serve as the product marketing lead—translating product and solution features into value-driven messaging for target personas.
  • Define and continuously refine buyer personas and customer journey maps to ensure tailored and effective marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Sales to develop go-to-market strategies, including product launches and campaigns.
  • Drive creation of marketing content and assets, such as use cases, sales presentations, videos, keynote decks, solution briefs, and customer webinars.
  • Webinars and customer-facing materials
  • Partner with Customer Success teams to develop customer stories, testimonials, and case studies for use in marketing and sales.
  • Plan and execute targeted campaigns and events to generate demand and enhance brand positioning.
  • Ensure the availability of high-quality sales enablement materials and support commercial teams with pitch content and collateral.
  • Collaborate with Digital/Web teams to ensure campaigns are digitally optimized (SEO, social media, analytics).
  • Coordinate with Marketing Operations to track performance metrics and continuously optimize activities.

Education and Experience

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in B2B product or solution marketing, ideally within the tech, software, or industrial sectors.
  • Proven ability to translate technical details into compelling, value-based messaging.
  • Skilled in cross-functional collaboration, particularly with product, sales, and customer success teams.
  • Strong background in content creation, storytelling, and executing integrated campaigns.
  • Comfortable in a matrixed, fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organized, commercially minded, and hands-on with a proactive approach.
