Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Sales Ops Manager to initially lead the development and adoption of systems, reporting, and internal processes that support our global sales organization. This role will be the operational backbone of the sales team—owning CRM administration, sales analytics, process optimization, and cross-functional coordination to ensure scalable growth and execution excellence.

 

Responsibilities and Duties

Sales Systems Ownership:

  • Administer and optimize CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot), ensuring data integrity, user adoption, and alignment with sales workflows.
  • Partner with IT and engineering to configure, maintain, and expand sales tech stack capabilities.

Reporting & Analytics:

  • Design and deliver dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to sales leadership and field teams.
  • Track KPIs, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy to support strategic decision-making.

Process Design & Enablement:

  • Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for sales processes across regions.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline lead-to-close cycles and reduce friction in the sales funnel.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Act as the liaison between Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product teams to ensure alignment on goals, campaigns, and customer experience.
  • Support onboarding and training of new sales hires on tools and processes.

Project Management:

  • Manage special projects related to sales transformation and global expansion.

 

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field; MBA strongly preferred.
  • Over 3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or similar roles within SaaS or enterprise sales environments.
  • Proficient in CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred), Microsoft Excel, and business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Demonstrated strength in analytical thinking, organizational effectiveness, and clear communication.
  • Experience supporting geographically dispersed sales teams is a plus.
