Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our Sales Team and support growth in the LATAM region. In this role, you will be responsible for executing the sales strategy defined by Sales Management, engaging with prospective and existing clients, identifying their needs, and presenting tailored solutions through well-crafted commercial proposals.

You will play a key role in building and nurturing strategic relationships—acting as a bridge between clients and partners to drive long-term value and business success.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Follow up with clients throughout the sales process to ensure satisfaction and progress
  • Collaborate with production and administrative teams to ensure seamless execution of sales-related activities
  • Build and manage a robust client portfolio and actively prospect new opportunities
  • Identify and develop opportunities in new markets within the LATAM region
  • Design and present customized projects and solutions tailored to client needs
  • Prepare detailed and competitive commercial proposals
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts to support company planning, including budgeting and strategic decisions
  • Ensure high-quality standards in proposal development and client negotiations
  • Deliver lectures and training sessions for producers and partner companies
  • Negotiate pricing and contracts in alignment with company objectives
  • Adhere to all commercial policies and procedures
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences
  • Plan and execute specialized sales strategies for key segments
  • Stay informed on technological trends and developments in the poultry industry

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Native Spanish speaker; English proficiency desirable
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a commercial/sales role
  • Solid knowledge of animal management and production, particularly within the livestock or poultry industry
