Job Summary
The Tech Support Specialist position will work as part of a centralized support team providing solutions to customers along multiple software product lines and will play key roles in the successful support and maintenance of the applications developed by M-Tech Systems. The Tech Support Specialist will be responsible for actively supporting the software for new and existing customers. Tech Support is accountable for executing customer specific tasks and working with other vendors on behalf of the customer. This position has incredible growth potential, as it can be a starting point for any number of career paths within M-Tech.
