Job Summary

We seek a dynamic IT Manager to spearhead our IT operations, ensuring seamless, secure functionality across our systems. This pivotal role is tailored for a leader with a solid technical foundation, adept in guiding teams towards operational excellence and strategic goals.

 

Responsibilities

Will contribute to building multifaceted enterprise and customized applications for a diverse and growing international client base. Tasks will include:

  • Direct the daily IT operations, from infrastructure management to project execution, ensuring robust support and service delivery.
  • Cultivate a nurturing environment for the IT team, emphasizing skill enhancement, knowledge exchange, and professional growth.
  • Gradually assume responsibilities, beginning with helpdesk management, progressing to more complex operational tasks, fostering confidence and cohesion within the team.
  • Collaborate closely with the IT Director to ensure IT initiatives resonate with broader business goals, integrating emerging technologies for a competitive edge.
  • Spearhead the identification and implementation of process enhancements to elevate efficiency and team performance.
  • Champion the development and adherence to stringent IT security protocols.
  • Uphold and contribute to the enforcement of compliance standards, ensuring our operations align with industry and regulatory expectations.

 

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in IT management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Experience with cybersecurity principles and best practices.
  • Minimum of 4 years of management experience

Required Skills/Abilities

  • Exceptional leadership capabilities with a knack for nurturing teams, coupled with effective communication skills for diverse stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong technical background in IT systems, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and Azure cloud technologies.
  • Familiarity with IT compliance and data protection regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Effective communication skills, capable of interacting with various stakeholders.
  • Preferred certifications: Microsoft Certified and/or equivalent IT certifications.
