Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced candidate to join the Professional Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing custom reports and interfaces for our core software solutions, primarily in a developer and consultant role. You will be assigned to small, medium, and large tasks regularly and will also oversee specific projects or products from start to finish related to Reports and Integration projects. You will interact with customers directly and people from other teams primarily with the project and development team

Responsibilities and Duties

• The main part of the job is to develop custom and system reports, participate in the integration projects starting with the analysis until the implementation of the interfaces using different technologies (DB, web services, files, FTP)
• Ensure quality of deliverables using development testing methods, code reviews and unit testing.
• Ability to gather/analyze data to solve complex problems
• Employ best practices and strategies in optimizing the performance of data analysis and stability of data
• Understand development requirements to build insightful solutions
• Collaborate directly with the Project team to discuss project implementation activities and report builder training
• Core developer team to work together in custom development and settlements
• BI team for data and report solutions
• Core developer team for report issues and improvement
• Supporting some customers
• Do the reports/interfaces Training to our customers and internal staff

Education and Experience

• B.S. Computer Science or related, equivalent experience preferred
• 5+ years of high competency or skill on querying data using SQL
• 5+ years of high competency or skill in any programming language
