Job Summary
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the HR team. MTech is looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist, who will play a pivotal role in supporting MTech’s comprehensive hiring initiatives. Closely collaborates with hiring managers and senior leadership to deliver on our commitment to attract, engage, and retain top-tier talent across all roles. The multifaceted role demands strategic acumen, hands-on recruitment expertise, and a data-driven mindset.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Work with HR team from other offices to apply the same recruitment global process and standards.
- Improve the diverse pipeline of candidates for all open positions.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for all positions, assess candidate’s qualifications and make recommendations as requested.
- Prepare offer letters, initiate and manage background checks and follow-up with necessary recruitment correspondence.
- Develop and implement employer branding strategies to attract passive candidates and position the organization as an employer of choice.
- Build relationships with external partners, e.g. universities, professional organizations, and diversity networks to expand the talent pool and promote the employer brand.
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
- Plan out onboarding week along with HR team and ensure a successful onboarding process.
- Responsible for yearly AAP reporting.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in agency recruitment, with a strong focus on IT roles.
- Proficient in crafting and utilizing Boolean search strings for sourcing candidates.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while actively recruiting.
