RN Clinical Reimbursement Coordinator (MDS) - Pittsfield, MA area

An incredible 5-star non-profit Skilled Nursing and Rehab Center is seeking an experienced RN MDS Coordinator. This is an amazing facility with a great leadership team in place. 

The company offers very good benefits and will pay very well for a strong RN with proven experience as a MDS Coordinator/PPS Nurse.

This is a very manageable case load as the center is under 75 beds.

Qualifications:

• MA licensed nurse with 3+ years reimbursement or similar experience in the LTC industry.

• Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).

• Experience with current EMR (NTT) software a plus.

• Working knowledge of state and federal regulations governing the MDS and billing processes within a nursing facility. (CMI/PDPM/Managed care, QRP/VBP)

• Ability to communicate with and elicit support from other IDT members at the affiliate level.

• Ability to apply knowledge in state specific Medicaid and Medicare CMI/PDPM methodologies.
