This leadership role is ideal for a dynamic and experienced professional passionate about delivering exceptional care and fostering a supportive environment for both residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of a high-quality Skilled Nursing and Rehab Center under 100 beds.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations while ensuring superior resident care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to drive performance, satisfaction, and quality outcomes.
• Lead efforts in staff development, financial management, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Active Massachusetts Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license in good standing.
• 6-8+ years of proven leadership experience in Skilled Nursing, Post-Acute Care, or related settings.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations and reimbursement systems.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain high-performing teams and foster a culture of excellence.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
