Windemere Nursing and Rehab Center, a small and welcoming Long-Term Care facility on Martha’s Vineyard, is seeking a Part-Time Social Worker to join our team. This 20-hour-per-week role offers flexible scheduling, including the option for two 10-hour days.

Position Highlights:

• Flexible Schedule: 20 hours per week, with the option of two 10-hour days.
• Permanent or Interim Options: Open to a permanent hire or a 3-4 month contract assignment.
• Housing Assistance: Some housing support may be available if needed.
• Meaningful Work: Support residents and families in a close-knit, community-focused facility.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Social Worker (LSW/LCSW/LICSW) in Massachusetts.
• Experience in Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing preferred.
• Strong communication and advocacy skills to support residents' well-being.
