MVP Recruitment is assisting a long standing and highly respected Senior Living and Post-Acute Care provider with recruitment of a Director of Clinical Reimbursement to support and oversee 10+ Communities located throughout Massachusetts.

This position will provide leadership and guidance to both the regional and facility based clinical reimbursement teams (MDS). The Director of Clinical Reimbursement will also be a key member of the corporate leadership team helping to provide insight into industry best practices.

This is a wonderful opportunity for a proven RN Clinical Reimbursement Specialist. This organization has an excellent culture and a strong emphasis on quality care. The Sr. leadership team is very experienced and offers excellent resources.

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in Massachusetts
• 5+ years of Clinical Reimbursement experience (MDS, PPS)
• 2+ years of multi-facility oversight (regional experience)
• Up to date knowledge of MDS/RAI process
• Up to date knowledge of reimbursement systems and Massachusetts Medicaid Billing Process
• In-depth experience and knowledge with PDPM and CMI as related to Medicare and Medicaid service reimbursements.
