To deepen our impact, we are launching a Nursing & Healthcare Educators Advisory Board and Leadership Collaborative—and we invite you to take part.

Ways to Contribute

  • Advisory Board Member

    • What You’ll Do: Provide on-call expertise to Myers McRae search teams and introduce us to high-caliber candidates and prospective client institutions.
    • Benefits: Annual stipend; influence national searches.
  • Interim Executive Placement

    • What You’ll Do: Step into short-term leadership roles (Dean, Chair, Director) to stabilize or advance programs.

  • Strategic Consulting

    • What You’ll Do: Guide institutions on curriculum design, accreditation, clinical partnerships, workforce planning, and more.

Candidate Profile

  • Doctorate in nursing or a related healthcare field (accredited institution)
  • Senior-level experience in nursing/healthcare administration or academic leadership
  • Proven communication and organizational skills; comfortable with Teams/Zoom and the Microsoft 365 suite
  • Remote-ready: able to collaborate effectively across time zones
