Salesforce Product Manager
Our client, a software product company in the asset management space, is seeking a Salesforce Product Manager. This is a permanent/direct hire position. The employee will work 4 days a week in the office ideally. Their office is located in Glen Allen/Richmond, VA.

What will you do?
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and QA to define product requirements, specifications, and user stories.
- Define the product roadmap, prioritize features and enhancements, and make data-driven decisions to drive product development.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of product releases.
- Conduct user acceptance testing and gather feedback to iterate on the product and drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and effective sales enablement materials.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions to internal and external audiences.
Required Skills/Certifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in the software industry.
- Strong understanding of data center operations and/or asset management would be ideal.
- Excellent analytical and solution building skills, with the ability to translate complex technical requirements into user-friendly product features.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing product strategies and roadmaps.
- The ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Track record of successfully launching and managing software products throughout the product lifecycle.
