Office Manager/Administrative Assistant (8/8:30-5/5:30PM, IN OFFICE DAILY)

Our client, in the financial services arena, is seeking an Office Manager/Administrative Assistant. This is a permanent/direct hire position.

What will you do? 
- Greet and welcome visitors
 - Answer, screen and direct all phone calls 
 - Manage, clean and organize the front desk and common areas ensuring a presentable space. 
 - Collect and sort all mail and packages 
 - Manage all office equipment needs/maintenance schedules (e.g., printers, fax machine, stamp machine, kitchen appliances, generator, server room A/C) 
 - Handle all suite/building concerns and issues with property management.
 - Bind and mail marketing presentations and compliance materials 
 - Proofread client-facing/internal materials 
 - Handle various special projects for executive team & departments 
 - Perform various additional tasks, including scanning and filing and travel arrangement
 
Required Skills
- Experience in an Office Manager or Administrative Assistant role
 - Proficiency in Microsoft Office products. Adobe preferred. 
 - Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred
 - Customer service and troubleshooting skills
 - Ability to adapt to change, resourceful and self-motivated along with a commitment to excellence
