Customer Support Specialist

HelloTech is looking for a Customer Support Specialist who thrives in a fast paced, constantly evolving environment. The ideal candidate should be self motivated and analytical, with the ability to understand and improve existing practices and policies. The primary responsibility in this role is handling and resolving operational challenges as they arise.

Essential Responsibilities

-Exhibit top-tier customer service to our clients

-Handle highly sensitive escalated customer service issues

-Clearly and empathetically respond to customer emails

-Facilitate communication between all departments

-Analyze and improve workflows for high efficiency

Requirements and Qualifications

-Associate's degree or bachelor’s degree equivalent required; college and/or professional training a plus

-Customer Service Experience (2+ years)

-Advanced knowledge of contemporary technology

-Outstanding customer service skills

-Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

-Problem solver

-Highly organized
