Help drive a real understanding for our client's business, their consumers and create better marketing practices. The position demands both a keen analytical sense, strong planning and strong creative direction skills.

 RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyze how our brand is positioned in the market and develop targeted consumers insights
  • Take brand ownership and provide the vision, mission, goals and strategies to match up to
  • Translate brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies
  • Lead creative development and create motivating stimulus to get targeted population to “take action”
  • Measure and report content performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Ensure all consumer touchpoints are on brand - from marketing collateral to site and flow
  • Manage photo and video shoots and creative assets
  • Help come with creative concepts for marketing campaigns
  • Provide creative direction and write creative briefs within brand guidelines for marketing, events and business
  • Project manage new web redesign and future app, project manage new creative concept
  • Monitor market trends

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Design - Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch
  • Analytics and Reporting tools understanding - Google Analytics, Mailchimp
  • UI/UX for web
  • Qualitative and quantitative research
