Are ready to join a think-fast, move-faster start-up as a Field Support Specialist in our Logistics team. You’ll work closely with our Operations groups to help support our field technicians with issues they run into while servicing our customers. Every day brings new challenges and opportunities to learn new tips and tricks with modern tech products, while also helping serve a crucial role in our success as a company.
-Answer incoming calls from technicians and provide support for their inquiries
-Manage tech and review techs on the platform/d
-Help testing new products for potential partnerships
-Ability to create educational material for new products we will start to service
-Help develop new processes and procedures for our field technicians
-Help with the sourcing and fulfillment of customer and partner jobs
- Proactively identify issues and work with the team to create and execute solutions
