Manager of Publisher Relations

We’re seeking a Publisher Relations professional to join our quickly growing team. The ideal candidate is someone who will focus on creating and building deep relationships with publishers and VR content creators as well as quarterback development of complex solutions and processes for growth and strategic partnerships. You will be working closely with our engineering and management teams to streamline relationship management and onboarding.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS 

  • Drive strategy and product roadmap for supply-side growth
  • Target new/relevant VR publishers and onboard to our platform
  • Connect our inventory with (potential) campaigns
  • Manage roadmap and product enhancements and get adoption from publisher partners
  • Lead the main customer relationships with a focus on building deep, long-term relationships
  • Stay up to date on publisher developments including site changes, traffic trends, and new product needs
  • Deploy efficiency driving initiatives, including analysis of fill rate, expansion opportunities, and increased campaign performance
  • Ensure all internal teams have visibility and transparency into pending initiatives and status of publisher developments
  • Provide insights/reporting and troubleshoot any potential publisher issues
  • Convey feedback and product requests and needs to product team in a usable format that includes prioritization based on size and volume of requests/feedback
  • Proactively promote sales initiatives to meet the growing demand for monetization opportunities
  • Direct experience in Gaming (Ad-tech experience a plus)
  • Current Publisher and VR industry relationships
  • Demonstrate strategic, consultative and analytical approach with focus on building partnerships
  • Ability to think creatively and communicate complex solutions efficiently both internally and externally
  • Self-directed and capable of working effectively in a highly dynamic and fast paced environment
  • Time management and quantitative/analytical skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication, networking and negotiation skills
  • BA/BS degree from an accredited college or university in related field
