Digital Paid Media/ E-commerce Manager

We are currently looking for a Unicorn with 3-5 years experience in digital marketing either in-house at a CPG company or digital marketing agency. This position is responsible for developing and executing winning strategic marketing plans for both digital and website. This position is accountable for managing the day-to-day operations to support brand building and Ecommerce sales initiatives. The individual will work closely with the COO and the marketing team to build relevant campaign strategies that align to the brand’s consumer target and business objectives.

Responsibilities include:

Paid Media – Working with our creative team to execute, analyze and optimize paid digital marketing ad campaigns on Facebook/Instagram, Google, Bing, Yahoo, etc.

  • Execute, analyze and optimize ads on 3rd party digital sales channels (Amazon, Instacart, Google Shopping, etc)
  • Manage and optimize affiliate channel ads and relationships to optimize sales (via Rakuten)
  • Optimize # and quality of reviews received on (via Yotpo), Amazon, etc
  • Manage all aspects of campaign activation including recommending performance strategies, editing copy, creating targeting sets, monitoring, and optimization, and reporting and analysis
  • Analyze campaign performance with regular data analysis, measure against KPIs, and report on any trends & granular insights
  • Track daily budgets across all platforms to ensure spending efficiencies and performance analysis over time
  • Provide updates to internal teams on active campaigns and help to ensure teams are up-to-date with new opportunities and industry developments
  • Test new platforms and technologies that can be used to manage social campaigns to help drive further value

Ecommerce/Website- Responsible for leading the creation of the website's refresh and the long-term objectives, goals, and strategies to support business

  • Analyze site performance (via Google Analytics, etc) and work with tech team to execute enhancements to website
  • Perform daily website audits and quality assurance to ensure accuracy and optimal consumer experience
  • Manage, maintain and ensure all product content, images and retail storefront information contained on website are accurate

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proficiency with Facebook Business Manager and Power Editor for Facebook and Instagram ads
  • Proficiency with Excel and other MS Office Products, Advanced understanding of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables)
  • Familiarity with Twitter, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Pinterest and other social platform
  • Clear, solid understanding of media planning, buying and tracking processes and can be self-sufficient in campaign set-up and ongoing maintenance
  • Ability for flexibility in a fast-paced environment, results driven
