Are ready to join a think-fast, move-faster start-up as a Partnerships Assistant in our Partnerships team. You’ll work closely with our Business Development and Operations groups to move our key partners from pilot programs into full launches, owning the day-to-day relationship with our partners in the SmartHome and Consumer Electronics segments. You’ll be accountable to ensure partner satisfaction and growth, and serve as their evangelist within HelloTech on behalf of your partners.
?Assisting with daily/weekly communications with existing partners
?Develop and execute against a comprehensive account plan
?Develop strategic relationships with key partners
?Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction
?Work closely with Operations to ensure smooth partner on boardings
?Help develop new processes and procedures for our partners
?Proactively identify issues and work with the team to create and execute solutions
?Account management / partnerships / business development experience
?Proven track record of executing against growth goals
?Prior experience in onboarding, retaining and growing customer relationships
?Technology Industry and/or Startup experience a strong plus
