- Strategize, architect, and continuously evolve an enterprise-wide recovery program in support of business resiliency requirements.
- Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to ensure necessary recovery processes, controls, and technologies are deployed to protect and restore DT assets according to business requirements in the event of a disaster or cyber incident.
- Ensure business and technical recovery requirements and capabilities are aligned to policy, regulatory and contractual obligations.
- Please note that this role requires 10 % travel
· Analyze, design, and facilitate technical and procedural recovery tests and exercises to validate and improve recovery plans and processes.
- Develop, train, and maintain response plans that align with corporate emergency response plans, DT recovery plans, and other relevant enterprise plans.
- Accountable for developing, maintaining, and executing the enterprise-wide recovery plan in the event of a major disaster or cyber incident (natural disaster or ransomware incidents).
- Develop, collect, and report on recovery metrics to leadership on a regular basis.
- Advocate and provide guidance to ensure foundational resiliency best practices are incorporated into all DT solutions.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems or equivalent.
- Eight (8) or more years of experience in IT with three (3) or more in disaster recovery or business continuity roles
STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS
- Certified disaster recovery professional or similar (EDRP, ISO22301 CBCM, etc).
- Direct experience in IT Infrastructure and Operations dealing with disaster recovery planning, testing, execution.
- Strong understanding of risk management practices and methodologies, including risk assessment, internal controls, and mitigation strategies.
- Demonstrated conceptual, analytical, and innovative problem-solving and evaluative skills.
- Experience communicating conceptual and technical information both verbally (on phone, one-on-one, to groups) and in writing (emails, letters, reports, presentations) to various audiences (work group, team, company management, external clients).
- Experience with projects or issues of high complexity that require in-depth knowledge across multiple technical areas and lines of business.
