Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking an enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team! The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the marketing team with their customer lead generation efforts through daily monitoring and reporting for various marketing channels including online lead generation platforms, print, and broadcast advertising. This person will also support the department’s operational needs and initiatives. The Marketing Coordinator will work with both internal team members and outside vendors to ensure campaign success. Attention to detail and analytical thinking will be key to the success of this position.

Responsibilities include:  

  • Day-to-day monitoring, adjusting, and reporting of 3rd party lead generation platforms, including Home Advisor, Porch & CraftJack.
  • Coordinating placement of newspaper and magazine ads and monitoring the effectiveness of the publication and ad placement

  • Reviewing print creatives to ensure design and content are error free

  • Updating lead generation platforms and partner programs with current promotions and makes changes and adjustments as needed.

  • Assisting in data entry & reporting for traditional marketing efforts, including radio, direct mail, newspapers, etc.

  • Additional department support as needed, including industry award submissions, assisting with online reviews, planning department activities and supporting team members with various tasks as needed.

     

Requirements: 

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Must be able to work cross-functionally.
  • Must be a logical thinker with great attention to detail.

  • Comfortable with Excel (formatting and formulas).

  • Detail-oriented with strong organization and follow-up skills.

  • Verbal Communication—speaks clearly, possesses ability to engage others; listens and gets clarification; responds well to questions; actively participates in meetings.

  • Written communication- ability to communicate ideas through written communication with urgency and diplomacy.

Ability to think innovatively and improvise, and change course, if necessary, to achieve desired results
